Purpose Of The Job
To ensure that PEP finance systems and business processes incorporate industry standards and best practices; and to provide business process and technology support to users.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support of existing business processes and technology
  • Research and propose new developments and enhancement to business processes & technology
  • Manage the specifications, testing and implementation of system enhancements
  • System analysis and documentation
  • System cost management/ budget control
  • Write specifications for reports / data analysis
  • Business Process Design – functional and technical specifications
  • Create & maintain user training manuals and standard operating procedures
  • User support / system problem analysis
  • Facilitation of cross-functional meetings & workshops
  • Project Management
  • Staying abreast of relevant regulations and compliance matters
  • Ad hoc projects
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
  • Commercial / Business related degree with analytical/commercial subjects will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
  • Electronic data interchange (Edi) experience
  • Above average computer literacy: MS Office, MS Project, Excel; MS Visio; Google GSuite
  • Minimum 3 years systems / business analyst experience, preferably in a retail / financial environment,
  • Experience in using a business process management software / methodology
  • Retail experience will be an advantage
  • Competencies required: Analytical, Presentation and facilitation skills; Attention to detail, sound business acumen, problem solving skills; resourcefulness, results driven, self-motivator, communication skills, interpersonal skills and a team player.
