Department: FinancePurpose Of The Job
To ensure that PEP finance systems and business processes incorporate industry standards and best practices; and to provide business process and technology support to users.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support of existing business processes and technology
- Research and propose new developments and enhancement to business processes & technology
- Manage the specifications, testing and implementation of system enhancements
- System analysis and documentation
- System cost management/ budget control
- Write specifications for reports / data analysis
- Business Process Design – functional and technical specifications
- Create & maintain user training manuals and standard operating procedures
- User support / system problem analysis
- Facilitation of cross-functional meetings & workshops
- Project Management
- Staying abreast of relevant regulations and compliance matters
- Ad hoc projects
- Commercial / Business related degree with analytical/commercial subjects will be an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
- Electronic data interchange (Edi) experience
- Above average computer literacy: MS Office, MS Project, Excel; MS Visio; Google GSuite
- Minimum 3 years systems / business analyst experience, preferably in a retail / financial environment,
- Experience in using a business process management software / methodology
- Retail experience will be an advantage
- Competencies required: Analytical, Presentation and facilitation skills; Attention to detail, sound business acumen, problem solving skills; resourcefulness, results driven, self-motivator, communication skills, interpersonal skills and a team player.
