Job Description 
A vacancy exists for a Maintenance Clerk who will be based at our Pretoria Bakery. The position will report to the Maintenance Manager.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for compiling Maintenance reports and assisting with various administrative related duties.
Minimum Requirements 
  • Matric
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience within FMCG environment
  • Above average computer literacy is essential.
  • Experience with Syspro, Excel, T&A and MS Word is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Good administrative skills
  • Must be organised and systems orientated
  • Accuracy is essential
Duties & Responsibilities 
  • Work On Web TMA System
  • Daily printing and distributing of PM - Job cards & Daily Checks
  • Correct and creating of work requests and breakdown job cards
  • On time closing of completed job cards
  • Tracking of outstanding and completed Job Cards
  • Communication to artisan and maintenance manager regarding long outstanding job cards (Monthly Reports)
  • Keeping track of Filing System for all Completed Job cards
  • Weekly capturing of planned weekend work (Bread / Rolls)
  • Ensure correct capturing of overtime and leave forms on Bestime and submit to payroll admin according to deadline
  • Update and control attendance register
  • Monthly reports to Maintenance manager (Shirt pay + over time reasons)
  • Control health and safety file
  • On time printing and distributing of scheduled safety and food safety checks
  • Updating contractor documentation and requirements regarding health and safety
  • Control of MSDS File for all lubricants
  • Capturing and follow up of all QC requests / Findings
